  • I purchased a ring, however, it is the wrong size. Can you re-size it?
    If you purchased a made-to-order ring from us, we are able to offer 1 free ring re-size. Please kindly note, however, this does not apply to eternity rings, which are unable to be re-sized.
  • Do you have a store at which I can come to see your products?
    Our mission is to provide beautiful diamonds and jewellery pieces at wholesale prices. To keep the cost as low as possible for you, we do not have a physical store. However, we would be happy to organise a meet-up at a location of your choice or at our office with a prior appointment to show you our diamonds and jewellery.   • Can I make changes to the products in The Skylarc Collection (online shop) or custom-make some jewellery?
    Yes! All our products are made-to-order . As a result, if you have seen something you like in The Skylarc Collection (online shop) but would like to make a few changes or have something bespoke in mind, please get in contact with us.
  • Where do you ship to?
    Currently we only offer free shipping within Hong Kong and to Australia. However, if you require any items to be shipped anywhere else, please email us at and we would be happy to help arrange.
  • What is your return policy?
    We accept returns for item sent back to us within 14 days, starting from the day your order was delivered, for all items purchased from The Skylarc Collection (online shop). Unfortunately, any made-to-order items cannot be returned as they have been created to your specification. (This includes, without limitation, engagement rings or items purchased from The Skylarc Collection (online shop) made to your bespoke size, specifications or which are engraved). To be eligible for a return, all returned items must be in the same "as new" condition you received them including all original packaging and documentation that accompanied your item. To return your item, please email us at, letting us know that you intend to return your item [and we will arrange for the item to be collected at an agreed time and place. Skylarc Diamonds responsible for any shipping or insurance costs.] You will receive a full refund within 30 days of our receipt of the returned item.
